By dealing with Digital Home Shield you have agreed to provide us with true, accurate, current, and complete information requested from you upon registration. You are also required to provide us with updates to this information to keep it true and accurate. If we have reason to suspect that you have provided us with any false information, we have the right to terminate or suspend you and your account from all Digital Home Shield provided services.
Certain features of Digital Home Shield are only available to paying customers. These features may require one time payments, or a subscription based payment. If you choose to use one of these services you are agreeing to pay the entire amount of monthly or annually subscription fees in order to access Digital Home Shield's services. If at any time you fail to make these payments, Digital Home Shield has the right to deny you services. If you sign up for a subscription based payment method, you agree to automatic monthly payments until the agreed upon time frame or cancellation. In the event that Digital Home Shield cannot collect your payment we have the right to cancel your Digital Home Shield provided services.
If you do not wish to follow and be bound to these terms and conditions, do not visit our site or sign up for our subscriptions based services. At any time, Digital Home Shield reserves the rights to change and modify these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Digital Home Shield with respect to all of its platforms, and if applicable, all the fee-based services provided to you by Digital Home Shield.
Digital Home Shield will provide a full refund for the first 90 days of service. We offer refund within the first 90 days of your order, if 90 days have passed since your order, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Cancelling your subscription with Digital Home Shield is easy and can be done at anytime from your account portal. You can also call our support department during their office hours or send an email to cancel@digitalhomeshield.com with your property address and phone number. You can find all of their information on the contact page. You can also visit the cancel page at any time to submit a request to cancel your service.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carriers text messaging rates will apply to all the text message conversations made between you and Digital Home Shield. This means all pricing, billing, refund and other related inquires and support must be directed to you carriers support team. The carriers are not held responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. The frequency of these text messages may vary.
Occasionally, Digital Home Shield may provide discounts, a reduced membership fee, or other deals and offerings. These offerings only last the time state during the promotion.
If at any time you receive and upon, or send an email, to or from Digital Home Shield, we will collect information about your communication with Digital Home Shield. By communicating with Digital Home Shield you give your permission to collect, archive, retrieve, and otherwise use information collected as we see fit. Any information may be used for commercial purposes.
All materials included within our platforms, including, but not limited to: text, images, software, databases, and Fee-based services, are controlled and owned by Digital Home Shield, select suppliers of content, and is protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United States. Unless permitted by Digital Home Shield you may not, download, save, sell, reproduce, display, or share any information used or supplied by Digital Home Shield, or in any way exploit the site or any portion thereof for any public or commercial use without the prior legally binding permission from Digital Home Shield and your use of our platforms and services is a testament to this. By using our services you agree to not use or share any trademarks, service marks, names, logos, or other identifiers of Digital Home Shield.
Digital Home Shield does not sell, rent, or buy real estate. The information on this site is provided to you for informational purposes. By entering the site, you are agreeing that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the Site (and Fee Based Service) in accordance with this Agreement.
You hereby agree to not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights as a subscriber to any of our services. You agree to be financially responsible for all activity and usage within your account, without limitation, authorizing any other person or entity to utilize your account for any purpose.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF CALIFORNIA STATE AND THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW , DIGITAL HOME SHIELD AND ITS AFFILIATES CREATE NO WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE NOR LIABLE FOR THE USE OF ANY OF OUR PLATFORMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE BY DIGITAL HOME SHIELD, DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SERVICE, FREE OR FEE BASED, BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, NOR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE, FEE BASED SERVICES WILL MEET ANY SPECIFIC CRITERIA OF PERFORMANCE OR QUALITY, OR ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
ANY USE OF DIGITAL HOME SHIELD OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES IS COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOWNLOADING AND OR USING ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR OTHER MATERIAL PROVIDED BY DIGITAL HOME SHIELD. YOU ARE COMPLETELY LIABLE FOR ANYTHING ACCESSED THROUGH OR OBTAINED BY MEANS OF DIGITAL HOME SHIELD'S SITE OR ANY OTHER PLATFORMS. DIGITAL HOME SHIELD IS NOT TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO ANY INTERACTION THAT WITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY SERVICE OR PRODUCT PROVIDED FROM OR THROUGH ANY OF DIGITAL HOME SHIELDS PLATFORMS. THIS INCLUDES WETHER OR NOT DIGITAL HOME SHIELD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF ANY PROBLEM. THE LIABILITY OF DIGITAL HOME SHIELD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PHYSICALLY ALREADY PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESS TO ONE OF DIGITAL HOME SHIELD'S PAID FOR, FEE-BASED, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. YOU HEREBY RELEASE DIGITAL HOME SHIELD FOR ANY AND ALL OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES AND CLAIMS IN EXCESS OF THIS LIMITATION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
