A person reviews every alert
A person on our team reviews every alert before it reaches you. Then we contact you by email, text or phone — whichever you choose — and you acknowledge it in your portal.

What it can’t do

  • Registries are run by each state and are only as current as the state keeps them.
  • The first search sets your starting point. We show you everyone listed today, and we alert you about people who appear after that.
  • This information is public record. Using it to harass or threaten anyone is against the law.

Can I change the distance later?

Yes. Choose anywhere from 0.25 to 10 miles in your portal, in quarter-mile steps. We search again right away and that becomes your new starting point.

Will I get an alert for people already listed near me?

No. You’ll see everyone currently listed in your portal as soon as the first search finishes. Alerts are for people who appear after that.

Does a person really review every alert?

Yes. Nothing is sent to you until someone on our team has looked at it. Routine changes that don’t need your attention are cleared, and the rest come with a plain-English note.

Can I buy this on its own?

Yes. Sex Offender Monitoring is $3.50 a month or $35 a year per property, on its own or added to any of our other services. It’s also included in the Ultimate package.

I already have an account. How do I add it?

Log in to your portal, open your property, and add it there. It’s billed on its own monthly or yearly subscription, which you can cancel anytime.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. If you’re not happy in your first 30 days, we’ll refund you in full.
