We check new county recordings against your home every night, and a person reviews anything new.

Sex Offender Monitoring
We tell you when a registered sex offender lists an address within the distance you choose.
We search when you sign up and whenever you change your distance, then about once a month.

Listing Monitoring
We tell you if your home shows up listed for sale or for rent.
We check every week, so a new listing shows up in your portal within about a week.

Tax Record Monitoring
We watch your county tax record: who it lists as owner, where the bill is mailed, your exemption and unpaid taxes.
We check every two weeks. Most counties update these records a few times a year.

Water Quality Monitoring
We find the public water system that serves your home and tell you about new EPA health-based violations.
We check every week. The EPA updates its violation data about every three months, so that’s how quickly new violations can appear.

What’s included in Ultimate?
Every monitoring service we offer, for one home: home title monitoring, sex offender monitoring, listing monitoring, tax record monitoring, water quality monitoring, flood zone monitoring, change of address monitoring.
Is there a one-time price for Ultimate?
No. Several of these services depend on data we pay for every month, so Ultimate is billed monthly or yearly. The one-time Length of Home Ownership price covers title monitoring; you can add other services to it, billed monthly or yearly.
I already have title monitoring. Can I switch to Ultimate?
Yes. On your home’s page in the portal, choose Upgrade to Ultimate. Your other monthly or yearly plans for that home end when it starts, and the unused time on them is credited to your account. A one-time title plan stays as it is.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. If you’re not happy in your first 30 days, we’ll refund you in full.
