This usually takes a few seconds.
That was a snapshot. Want to know if anything changes? Want us to keep watching your home?
What you just saw is what’s recorded today. Monitoring checks new county recordings against your home every night, and if anything new is filed, a real person looks at it and lets you know by email, text, or phone. $250 once covers your home for as long as you own it, or $7.50 a month.

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No credit card and no trial that turns into a subscription. We ask for your email so we can send you a copy. If you later want us to keep watching your home, that’s a separate plan you can choose, or not.
Where does this information come from?
County recording data, gathered in one place: the deeds and transfers that are filed with your county recorder and are public record. It’s a snapshot of what we have on file today. Very old records may not be included, and your county recorder’s office holds the official record.
Why do you ask for my email before showing names?
Ownership records are public, but we’d rather not hand out names and sale prices to anyone who types in an address. So we ask you to confirm the home is yours (or that you’re authorized) and tell us where to send the results.
What will you do with my email?
Send you your results or, if we couldn’t match your address automatically, a note from our team once we’ve looked it up. Tips about protecting your home’s title only come if you tick that box. We do not sell your personal information.
Is this an official or certified copy?
No, it’s for your own information. If you need a certified copy (for a court or a lender, say), your county recorder’s office can provide one. The document number and book/page in your report make that request easy.
How is this different from title monitoring?
This is a one-time look at what’s recorded today. Monitoring checks new county recordings against your home every night, and if anything new is filed, a real person reviews it and lets you know. $250 once covers your home for as long as you own it, or $7.50 a month.
