30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with Digital Home Shield for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. This applies to every plan, including Length of Home Ownership.

If we can’t monitor your property (for example, your county isn’t covered), we’ll refund you in full whenever we find out.

After the first 30 days

• Monthly and yearly plans: you can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again. We don’t give partial refunds for the remainder of a period you’ve already paid for; monitoring continues until it ends.
• Length of Home Ownership: this one-time payment is non-refundable after the first 30 days.

How to request a refund

Email support@digitalhomeshield.com from the address on your account and include the property address. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
