Your school report shows the public elementary, middle and high schools nearest your home, how each ranks in your state, its test scores next to the district and state, and graduation rates. We refresh it every month and tell you when new rankings change a school’s star rating.

    The closest regular public elementary, middle and high school to your home, with grades served, distance, district, enrollment and students per teacher.

  • Rankings and test scores

    Each school’s statewide ranking and star rating, its ranking history, and the share of students meeting the state standard in each subject, next to the district and state.

  • Graduation rates

    For high schools, the graduation rate next to the district’s.

  • Rating changes

    Rankings come out once a year. When a new ranking moves one of your schools up or down a star, we let you know.

A person on our team reviews every alert before it reaches you. Then we contact you by email, text or phone — whichever you choose — and you acknowledge it in your portal.

What it can’t do

  • We show the nearest public school at each level. Your assigned school is set by your district’s attendance zones, which can differ — check with your district.
  • Private and online schools aren’t included. Charter schools are included only where most nearby public schools are charters, and magnet schools only when there’s no other school nearby.
  • Rankings are based on state test scores, which are one measure of a school among many.

Questions about school report

Is this the school my kids would attend?

Often, but not always. We show the nearest regular public school at each level, preferring your local district. Districts draw their own attendance zones, so confirm with yours before you rely on it.

Why would I want this if I don’t have school-age kids?

School quality is one of the biggest things buyers look at, so it affects what your home is worth. The report helps you see how your schools compare and when that changes.

Does a person really review every alert?

Yes. Nothing is sent to you until someone on our team has looked at it. Routine changes that don’t need your attention are cleared, and the rest come with a plain-English note.

Can I buy this on its own?

Yes. School Report is $2 a month or $20 a year per property, on its own or added to any of our other services. It’s also included in the Ultimate package.

I already have an account. How do I add it?

Log in to your portal, open your property, and add it there. It’s billed on its own monthly or yearly subscription, which you can cancel anytime.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. If you’re not happy in your first 30 days, we’ll refund you in full.
