Why we started
As deeds and other property records moved online, a new kind of fraud grew with them. Forging a deed got easier, and homeowners had no simple way to know when something was filed on their property.
Insurance, alarms, and locks protect the physical side of your home. Its ownership lives in county records — and almost nobody is watching them. We built Digital Home Shield to watch them for you, at a price that makes sense for every homeowner.
